What is Refundable Booking?
RaceID offers Refundable Booking as an additional service to customers purchasing tickets to an event at RaceID. Refundable Booking allows your participants to claim a full refund of their registration fee (including any extras and additional products bought in registration) in case the participant cannot take part in your event due to any emergency circumstances. The process and refund are covered and handled by Protect Group.
